How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Yes! Amend and cancel are accepted before we send out the order. But products that are subject to bespoke cannot be canceled at any time.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

When will my order ship?

Orders are only packed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.You will receive an email with tracking information at the time the order sends out. Do you offer a guarantee?

Do you offer discounts if I order multiple products ?

What is a lug?

Lugs are the part of the watch where the band attaches.

Can the buckle be removed from the band?

Yes, the buckles are held on by a simple spring bar (spring loaded bar) the same bar that attaches the band to the watch. All you have to do is compress the spring bar, tug the buckle a bit and the buckle will pop right off.

Do you offer different buckles?

Yes, you will find that many of our straps feature a variety of available buckles that can be selected prior to adding the item to your shopping cart! All of our buckles on our watch straps are attached with spring bars. You can use the tool shipped with our watch bands to swap out the buckles easily.

Do you offer bespoke watch straps?

Yes, If you need, you can contact us and provide specific strap bespoke data. We will re quote according to the information you provide.

What is the difference between Waterproof and Water Resistant?

Waterproof means it can be submerged in water and it is OK to get wet. Water Resistant means it can only withstands rain and water splashes, but NOT suitable for showering, diving, snorkeling or water-related work.

What band size do I need to fit my watch??

Our straps are designed to fit almost any watch that uses standard spring bars and has a lug width between 6mm and 30mm. To determine your required band size, measure the distance (in millimeters) between the lugs (where strap attaches to your watch) of your watch. If you are not sure how to determine the lug width of your watch, please check out our Size Guide. 

Can you put extra holes on my band?

We do have a tool that can punch a hole in a leather watch band however the hole punch on my tool may not match the current holes on your strap. The holes are not perfect and once modification are made to the leather strap it is considered custom and can no longer be returned for a refund or a credit.

How do I care for my leather strap?

With proper care, you should be able to get years of use from your leather watch band. Here are a few tips:
Avoid creasing the band when you attach and remove your strap.Wiping it gently using a soft dry rag when your strap has a slight scratch.None of our leather products are waterproof, so avoid getting them soaked. Leather straps with suede sureface are not suitable to use cleaners or conditioners.

I lost a spring bar while installing the strap. Now what?

Don't worry, all of our watch straps come with extra spring bars. You can also use your original spring bars on your new strap.
